My sweet boy brought me almost to the pinnacle of success, Obedience Trial Champion and Utility Dog Excellent titles. He was my first Utility dog. And yes, I cried in the ring when he cleared the second jump and sat straight in front of me. The judge said, ”Finish your dog.” I gave the signal and Bodie jumped to my side. After forty years, I had trained a Utility dog.

From there he earned more High in Trial rosettes and my first High Combined rosette. We started 2020 with three Otch points and two UDX legs. Then Covid came along. To be honest, I was burned out and needed some rest from training, showing and traveling to shows. Bodie is my last competition dog and is retired to a life of squirrel chasing and long naps. As the judge said after after the last jump, exercise finished.

RAZZIE - AKA: Sergeant Razz. She rules the other dogs, gets top billing on the bed and is the senior squirrel enforcer.
